SIXTH SENSE

I founded, built and led Sixth Sense, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's open-innovation platform and startup accelerator, from inception in 2021, launch in January 2022 and it’s eventual end in Mid-2024. Over multiple cohorts, Sixth Sense evaluated well over 100 startup applicants per cycle, selecting small groups (as few as seven to nine) for 10-12-week structured engagements built around customer penetration and technology fit rather than the standard cash-and-classroom accelerator model. Its most cited outcome is GelSight: named a cohort winner in early 2023, GelSight went on to sign a global reseller agreement with Hexagon roughly a year later and is still collaborating on GTM projects.
